TIA provides to airport businesses and related companies various facilities, including office rental, travel agency ticket counters, car rental spaces, banking and foreign exchange agencies, etc. These areas are located within the Passenger Terminal and Cargo Terminal.

Rentals at the Airport are managed solely by Tirana International Airport SHPK through its Commercial and Property Department.
