Abu Dhabi International Airport expects an increase in the number of passengers due to Eid al-Adha and the upcoming summer holidays.

From July to August this year, about 2.8 million passengers are expected to use Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH), of which 414,000 will be on holiday from Eid al-Adha between July 7-15, 2022. Francois Bourrier, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Abu Dhabi Airports, said: "We are delighted to see the momentum continue as the industry recovers and consumer confidence recovers."

"The traffic of the upcoming peak season will ultimately have a positive impact on our traffic estimates for 2022 for over 13 million passengers through Abu Dhabi International by the end of the year."

Passengers departing from AUH are encouraged to use the online / off-site check-in, baggage handover point and other services provided by the airline to ensure the smooth operation of the airport and to avoid possible delays.

The airport PCR testing facility will be offered as an additional 40 AED service for passengers wishing to activate their Green Pass in the Al Hosn app. My uncle enters. health.
