Changes in the regime of entry into Spain

With the Order of the Minister of Interior, Order INT / 657/2020, starting from September 20, 2021 our citizens can enter Spain considering the following:

 

Have a complete vaccination certificate (last dose taken at least 14 days before travel). Accepted vaccines are those authorized by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the World Health Organization (WHO): or

 

To be part of one of the exceptions considered essential to Order INT / 657/2020 of 17 July 2020, which includes: individuals with a residence permit, long-term Schengen visas, or individuals who have the necessary reasons for travel.

 

Attention: The documentation and essential reasons are assessed in advance by the Spanish authorities.

In addition, they will need to provide a negative PCR performed within 72 hours prior to arrival in Spain, or an antigen test performed within 48 hours, or with a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 infection, issued by the relevant authorities, valid for up to 6 months after recovery.

 

Without exception, all passengers who will travel to Spain and enter through airports and ports must register on the portal https://www.spth.gob.es/, within 48 hours before the trip and be provide the QR code, generated by registration.
