For persons who do not live in Belgium or the EU, and who do not have European citizenship:
You are only allowed to travel to Belgium if you have been fully vaccinated with an EMA-certified vaccine (Pfizer / BioNTech (Comirnaty), Moderna, AstraZeneca / Oxford (Vaxzevria), Janssen) or Covishield for more than two weeks and if you have a vaccination certificate issued by the relevant Albanian authorities. Minors who are not vaccinated, but traveling with their parents who are fully vaccinated, are allowed to follow their parents, but must submit a negative PCR test before arrival in Belgium (maximum 72 hours) if they are 12 years old above.

For persons living in Belgium and wishing to return to Belgium: DO NOT have to submit a vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test before leaving for Belgium and are allowed to return to Belgium without preconditions as long as they can testify that they live in Belgium.

If you have the vaccine:
Children under the age of 12 do not have to be tested, but will be quarantined when their parents are tested, awaiting test results.
If you do not have the vaccine:
In addition to the conditions mentioned above, passengers must complete the Passenger Tracking Form (PLF) within 48 hours prior to arrival in Belgium.
