REQUEST FOR OFFERS - CAR RENTAL SERVICES

Tirana International Airport sh.p.k is looking to contract Three Car Rental Companies to offer their services.

To participate in this process, interested parties shall submit an official expression of interest in written form by e-mail to the addresses below.

Subject: Request for Information for ”Car Rental Services”

The deadline for the expression of interest is 23 July 2024. After receiving the expression of interest, TIA will provide the necessary instructions via email. Interested parties shall consider that 20-30 cars should be parked in Parking 3 of Tirana International Airport.

This tender will be organized in two phases:

1. Phase One: Companies will need to present their company profile and a proposal outlining the operation plan.
2. Phase Two: Shortlisted companies will need to submit their financial offers together with a detailed operational plan for Tirana International Airport.

Offers must be submitted in a closed and sealed package clearly marked ‘Car Rental Services for Tirana International Airport’.
