All Albanian passengers traveling from Tirana International Airport to the Netherlands must be vaccinated with one of the vaccines approved by the EMA and WHO and must fill out the form at the following link:

People who are not vaccinated can travel to the Netherlands only for essential reasons by presenting a 72 hour PCR test or a 48 hour antigen test or a Sars-Cov2 infection test valid for up to 6 months after healing.

Children under the age of 12 are exempt from the obligation of molecular testing.
